The background looks a heck of a lot better at 100% quality, you can hardly see it now cause of the quality even though it is at 50%, without the border I could get it at 52%

what brush did you use for that backround

That's the front brush, I just made it myself. The second one behind is just the orange/white cloud filter. And then just a black layer behind the background Vince's. Just basically messed with the opacity on it. You can make it out a bit in the sig.
