not back, but further along. Like wine that ferments to long, it'll turn to vinegar. It's actually a small window between sugar and vinegar that gives you the alcohol. If it converts back, it would go to hops and barley juice.

Exactly what i meant, for some reason i was thinkin Apple cider....with vinegar and all......errrr, i need another shot

Proving that I can follow directions, I've already answered that one.
Harpoon brewery has a nice lineup of kinda-pricey beers for those of us in the NE. Long Trail is nice in the winter. Nothing too pricey for me most of the time so coors is fine.
