I dont think it looks much like a Camaro at all except for maybe the pointed front end and long hood. Cool looking car, just not Camaro looking. To me it looks like a crossbreed of a Mustang, Corvette, and 300C.
Yea really doesent look like a Camaro at all. I see a lot of the Mustang in the side panels and low roof. Not bad I guess even though I dont care for Chevy or the Camaro. So why did I come to this thread entitled "Camaro Fans" Anyway??

True. I've always been a big Camaro fan. Have owned a couple. Only own one right now. It always disappoints me when they change the body style. Seems as soon as they get through tweaking a specific style and it looks really good, they scrap it and go onto something else. Why even call it a Camaro if thats not what it is?

Camaros (Trans Ams & Firebirds) used to be unique. You looked at the car and there was no doubt...That's a Camaro.
People will look at this new Camaro and say "Is that a Mustang?, Is that a Charger?, What is that?.....Oh, it's the new Camaro."
I love Camaros but my 1st impression of this new concept is...LAME!

What's odd about this body design is that it's obvious it must have been in production/R&D for some time before they rolled out the model. Do they have zero clue what ideas the other manufacturers are working on while designing their own car? They can't have blindly made this design and have it be so close to the Mustang. They must have copied it somewhat - it's too close to be a coincidence especially considering that the original cars were so distinctively separate.
