Who is the only player in the history of the Professional NFL to win the rushing title, but not score any TD's doing so? I need the Name and Year the player did it.

You have to go way back to 1939 when Doug Russell with the Chicago Cardinals lead the league with 499 yards, but was unable to score a rushing touchdown that season.

1939 is the wrong year. The 1939 Rushing title went to Bill Osmanski of the Chicago Bears. He had 699 yards and 7 TD's:

1935 is the year Doug Russell had the rushing title and zero TD's.
