Mcgahee for next year?

I just found out that I've got the 13 & 16 overall picks next year in my 14 team league. Again I'm not going to take him in the 1st round but I think I could pull the trigger at the 16th overall spot if he's there.

My problem comes from who to grab at 13.

I suspect that last year's 13th overall (Clinton Portis) will not be there again at that point.
