I was a big cereal fan as a kid, but not so much anymore. Frosted flakes and Honey-Nut cheerio's are good, but I could free-base Peanut Butter Cap't Crunch. I'm tellin ya, Peanut Butter Cap't Crunch is like pure heaven to me. "It's like a mouth full of joy!"

Peanut Butter Cap't Crunch
Oh, the wonders of it all
I live to eat it for lunch
I don't care how small

I could eat it plain
or with goats milk
Peanut butter CC on a train!
I love it and all it's ilk!

I would beg, borrow or steal
to get a taste of it
My own flesh I would peal
so as to feel its grit
Go Cowboys!

cereal-holik....great stoner and drunk food.

I eat about 4 bowls a day of cereal, since i stay in shape and workout daily, i eat 2-3 bowls for breakfast, then follow with one after a workout later that night, the milk acts as a great protein source as well as the cereal does.

When i'm on strict routine: Special K w/Strawberries

When i got a sugar tooth: mix cinnamon toast crunch with lucky charms.....yea talk about a swamp-water mix

I thought I was the only one on this planet, besides my grandparents, that liked that stuff. A classic.
