On Website Question

Ok guys. I posted yesterday about how to write code. Got a few smart remarks from a couple of you .haha.

My question now is....i have been playing with it and have my site made and i have a web host. Newtechwebservices.com My problem is that i dont understand how to put what i have on my computer onto the hosting site to allow it for viewing....any advice fella's?

you have to ftp it to your server. you should have administrative access and a password. use an ftp client (i reccomend wsftp or cute ftp) to send the files to your server.
