Not that it matters ..

But did anyone see any of the PBS special on Lincoln, last night?

I had not heard of this before. Seems a guy named Speed slept with Lincoln for several months.

Any historians here to add what they know.

Poor Abe had to watch his Mom die of a horrific illness when he was 9 years old. And later, his wife ... well can you say PMS.

If only the words "Rest In Peace" meant anything.

You have a guy who watched his mother and wife die of illness, was president during one of the toughest times this nation ever went through, made one of the toughest decisions (considering the time) that any president ever had to make, was assassinated by a lunatic, and we have to dig and try to find out if he ever slept with a man.

Let's focus on what he did and not what he might have done!
