As much as I'd love to be involved in this, and as motivated as I am to kick some FF Shark butt(err, fin), I'd recommend that you limit your choices to the "Hall of Famers" and those Cafe members who have a high experience level in years, teams and very importantly a documentable record of success.

WE NEED TO WIN THIS LEAGUE!

PS - I'd also recommend that in the poll thread, the folks who are being considered should post why we should pick them to represent us in this league, including any pertinent successes and their level of experience.
