This is hypothetically not true. Example Pittsburgh scores 1 offensive TD and ends up with 7 points. But, Roethlisberger throws 2 pick 6's, but the "D" shuts the other team out.

Score Pitt: 7, Team X: 14 ;-D

That's not hypothetically true because Big Ben doesn't throw 2 INTs. ;-7

He threw 2 INTs in 2 games this year and threw 3 INTs in another.
