Every Tuesday at about 11 AM EST, this article on fantasy football is published. It will run every Tuesday until training camp. While I dispute that every decision, transaction, and revealing quote in the offseason may raise or lower a player’s value, it's still nice to track the biggest stories each week and one man's opinion on how they affect the fantasy football market.

1) They've got Priest Holmes retiring. Not an unheard of thouht, but a bold statement this early.
2) Dom Rhodes they expect could be a cap casualty. Indy can't let he and Edge go. James Mungro starter 2006?
If they let James and Rhodes go, expect the Colts to draft a RB, go to free agency, or both. There's no way Mungro is a starter in the NFL. He's a part timer at best.
