Don't really know how he got a HC job anyway. A good fit for him I think. Just tell him to remember not to put that pencil in his pocket on his new job.

Actually, this is the one place that Tice will probably excel at. He's a very good line coach, now if he'll just stay there....

He is a great offensive line coach (jumped straight to HC from OL Coach) and he will have lots to work with in Maurice Williams (Go Blue), Khalif Barnes, Vince Manuwai, and Mike Pearson.

Actually, CC, Tice was the O-Line and assistant head coach. So, the jump wasn't that severe.
