That would be a downright nasty offense.
I almost want to trade for Trent Green just in case.

KC would average over 50 points per game.

I am thinking that the only teams that will touch TO will be those that have veteran offenses, and veteran QBs that won't sweat the psychological games he will potentially play. Fortunately, that's the type of QB you want him playing with, since they will be able to get him the ball - you don't really want Boller, Grossman, or a rookie being his QB.

I would assume the KC talk is posturing.

While I believe Herm Edwards is an extremely good coach I just don't see him walking into KC and taking them far into the playoffs (or Superbowl). At this point in TO's career, isn't that what you're still doing it for?

My guess is TO really has about 3 teams he wants to play for that are true contenders. Everyone he talks with outside of those is simply to show interest and raise his perceived value and hopefully remove some of the obvious clauses you'd put into his contract.

if TO was in it to go far into the playoffs, why would he do what he did? He is in it for TO.

I mean serisouly, he got traded to a team that had made three straight championship games, and four years of playoffs. The team won at least one game each year. Then in his firast year with the team, he went to the super bowl.

Given that, I would say that "going far in the playoffs" isn't priority number one with Owens. His best shot to keep doing it was with the eagles.
The opening scene of the movie "Saving Private Ryan" is loosely based on games of dodgeball Brian Dawkins played in second grade.

Such good chemistry now, I don't know if they'll want to blow it. One thing, Green and Gonzo are strong enough team leaders that they may be able to reign in TO's rhetoric a bit. The offense certainly would be more potent with the best WR in the game added to the mix.

Hmmm. good points from you all....

Guess I need to not draft Owens, or Green, or Plummer for away longer and longer times than my 9.01 turn or even my 10.11 turn.... Sounds good to me and I will report back after those picks....... :-D

KC needs a go-to wr just as bad as Philly at this point. I watch alot of AFC West games being on the west coast and a Raider Fan. Gonzo needs help bad. He is getting double and triple teamed all day.

TO would absolutely compliment that offense.

If he does make it there...

Green increase

LJ slight decrease

Gonzo stays steady at the top 3. Less double coverage would be nice.

Who cares about who retires on the line after this....

BTW...i think TO would look terrible in a KC uniform.
