That's the one I used in high school....

It is where you slap hands, then both people lean back and stick their thumb out to the side (kinda hard to explain - you would have had to have seen it for this to make any sense whatsoever)

Ever watch School of Rock? Can't exactly tell you, but if you own it or can get your hands on it, it's a long solid handshake. Very overdone and cheesy.
