Joe Bendel, of the Tribune-Review, reports Pittsburgh Steelers RB Duce Staley has changed his story and is no longer claiming he was robbed. In an incident report given early Saturday morning, Feb. 11, Staley told investigators from the Richland County sheriff's department that he was grabbed around the throat and assaulted, causing him to lose two earrings and a bracelet worth a total of $100,000. Wednesday, Feb. 15, Staley offered an altered version. "I wasn't robbed, and I had my two earrings. I lost my bracelet, that's all. I had to file a police report in order to have it replaced by my insurance company."
