I prefer Medium rare. It all depends on where I go to order one what Ill ask for though. They all have different ideas of what medium and rare is and so on. Thats why I like to make my own.
I think we have sucessfully jacked Omahas thread. He did say steak though.

I don't recall mentioning steak, but I'm from Omaha, so if I'm going to screw up a thread this bad and have it jacked, I'm glad it has to do with steak.

I hear ya there....Some restaurants think Medium means Rare....Others think it means well done...That's why you just can't beat a home grilled steak, with onions, and peppers, and other seasoning...no sauce though....and CERTAINLY NOT KETCHUP...lol, sorry knapp
