Brown sugar?
We're putting little gator meat in our chili today ... Arkansas 30 - Florida 23 with 4 to go in the first half.

I usually toss in a bay leaf or two. Do you ever use coriander in your chili? It adds a bit IMO.

Instead of tomato juice, think about using V8 if you have it.

I know I shouldn't need to ask because I know you're a socially responsible person and all, but you DO have cinnamon rolls to go along with your chili, right? :-o

Jalepenos

Brown Sugar

and Beer. Dark Beer actually any beer. Some people prefer guiness type or simply Corona. Makes a huge difference i think.
