Right now I am listening to Lupe Fiasco Mean & Vicious off his second mixtape.
I just bought
Illadelph Halflife-The Roots. To me it is now an essential.
Hitechnology-Hi-Tek. Solid CD if you like Talib Kweli, Common, Mos Def etc. You'll like this CD most likely! Rawkus! ;-D

My buddy got Illadelph this week and he said it is the best CD he has gotten in a long time. Considering he just got Low End Theory that is pretty high praise.

I am going to see the Roots on July 5th. It is going to be off the chain.

It's a real good CD. And that's sweet you're going to see them. They'd be awesome live. ;-D

im normally an alternative/ska guy, but right now a classic, Frank Sinatra/Rat Pack....and ya im 15, and think Sinatra is awesome.

I just got back from up north (Moorhead/Fargo). I checked out a local Cheapo CD/DVD store. They had a lot of local bands that kicked some serious ass. It was not very "Cheapo" though. I got one CD for 8 bucks :-#
