I listen to this album two or three times a week. To me it's all about Duane Allman passing the torch to Dickey Betts. On "Blue Sky", for the first time ever Dickey's solo is just as good as Duane's.. proving that he can carry on as the sole guitarist after Duane's death. Then of course "Little Martha" follows, which is touching considering it was the last song that Duane ever wrote.
"Melissa" is obviously the highlight track though.
