The Virtual GM Fantasy Cafe League is a free league that will be run on the Cafe.
The league is not first come first serve. VERY active owners are needed, and VERY active cafe members are needed. Free Agency and other parts of the league are all done in the offseason, so activity is a must.
It all starts with the FREE AGENT BLITZ, and then you control your teams' destiny.
Also, Some additional Questions that have been asked:
Have a couple questions...
-Will we be doing all positions? Or just skill positions?
-Will we be continuing this each year as an ongoing process?
-Why only 12 teams?
-Positions will be voted on by the league, figured that was only fair. I'd be up for anything lineup wise really.
-This will be a continuing league. It's kind of a mix of types of leagues. You get to keep your players if you want, so it's like a dynasty. However, you have to stay under the cap, and you can cut your players, so it's like a salary cap. The free agent blitz and free agency every year is auction style. Finally, there will be a rookie draft every year, and there is your keeper/redraft style popping up. I intend this league to last a long time, hence why I am recruiting only active/proven cafe members.
-I am fine with more teams. In fact I will edit that on the post. Essentially, interest will dictate the amount of teams.

Some people have informed me the link is not working. Here is a copy paste of the PDF from the link. Sorry for formatting issues:
I. Pre-season
A. The league will start with a “Free Agent Blitz.” This is a Period whereGM’s can offer contracts to any player. The GM with the best contract offer
gets the player.
II. Contracts
A. Contracts must increase by a minimum of .5 million per year.
1. (Example: 5 million = year 1, 5.5 million = year 2, etc.)
B. Contracts have 4 parts
1. Average Salary Per Year ($)
a) This is more important to players than Number of Years,
Restricted/Unrestricted Status, and Incentives
2. Number of Years (#)
a) This is more important to players than
Restricted/Unrestricted Status, and Incentives
3. Restricted/Unrestricted Status (!)
a) This is more important to players than Incentives.
4. Incentives (*)
a) Once an incentive is offered on a contract, the next offer
must include that incentive.
b) In order to beat an incentive with another incentive, a
second incentive must be added to the contract.
c) The addition can be an “AND” or an “OR” incentive.
(1) Ex: Extra 1 million per year if scores 200 Fantasy
Points OR 150 Fantasy Points
(2) Ex: Extra 1 million per year if scores 200 Fantasy
Points AND Extra 1 million per year if throws 30 TDs)
C. Contract tiebreakers
1. If $ is tied, # is the tiebreaker
2. If $ and # are tied, ! is the tiebreaker
3. If $ and # and ! are tied, * is the tiebreaker
III. In-Season
A. Cap Hits for players cut (who are picked up again) and players cut (who are
not picked up again) will be voted on.
B. Free Agent standard contracts will be voted on.
C. All lineup and scoring issues will be voted on.
D. Extensions
1. Any number of years is allowed
2. Any incentives are allowed
3. Must be Unrestricted
4. The amount of money above the original contract will be voted on.
IV. Post Season
A. Rookie Draft
1. In the second and all subsequent years a rookie draft will be held
(Serpentine, reverse standings order).
2. Number of rounds and standard rookie contracts will be voted on.
3. Date of the Rookie Draft will be voted on
B. Cut Deadline for the New Year
1. Dates will be voted on
2. If a player is cut by the cut deadline, the player does not count
against the cap for the next year
C. Free Agency
1. Dates will be voted on
D. 1 Franchise Tag and 1 Transition Tag are available
