Strange Sig request

Hey guys.

I need a sig for my Nations States game. It's kind of an odd request... but I know someone here can hook my up.

So here's what I need:

A sig that's 400 x 100 pxls.
Preferable using this picture: http://www.weina.clara.net/gothic/goth.jpg
With a picture of a distinguished looking man in his 30's.
And using the colors of Orange and Green (the national colors)
And finally, with the words Geneticon on there somewhere.

Sorry if this is too demanding, if you want to do a simplifed version that's fine. There is also no byte limit, so go wild!

Not sure if this is what your looking for ... but I gave it a try. Not too keen on it, but it matters what you think.

.. and trust me, you wont hurt my feelings if this isn't what your looking for.
