B-more bound... hahaha.

Just hope he doesn't get any "2000 SB flashbacks" during training camp. :-b

If Collins is headed to Baltimore, I have a feeling Deluxe is going into hiding again. That would be a horrible signing. May as well stick with Boller if they're even thinking about going with Collins. At least Boller already knows the system (and I use the word knows loosely) and he's alot younger than Collins.

I think in the end they are sticking with Boller. They just want to try and

a: get him some veteren leadership, and
b: try to challange him for the starting spot

Can't hurt, really. At the very least, Collins would give the Ravens a solid backup. And personally, I could see him winning a training camp battle.

As a backup who'd sign for peanuts, Collins is a nice fit. Even if it's just to push Boller, I suppose that would be something positive. I just don't think he's what they need in a starting quarterback. The guy is no better than Boller at this point and a step backwards due to his age. Though, Collins in a backup role would be nice for depth, but little else.

maybe this should have been titled "Kerry Collins Cut...For Real This Time" :-b

I actually disagree with you guys. Collins > Boller any day. Boller's had what? 2 maybe 3 good games in his career. Collins is a SB QB.

So is Trent Dilfer.

I REALLY hate this argument... going to the SB does not make you infallible.

Guess that means the Raiders are gunning for Culpepper...Collins will find a job somewhere. If he goes to Baltimore, that's not bad. Like everyone said, he'd be a really solid backup if Boller continues to struggle and will maybe push him to be better.
