I can think of worse situations...Think about it...

Brees signs...Saints take D'Brick with the 2nd overall pick, to go along with last year's #1 Jamal Brown which gives them 2 stud Tackles...They will have to replace Bentley

They still have Deuce (He should be okay), Horn, Stallworth, and an emerging TE in Zachary Hilton....The offense is looking promising...

I'm not saying NO is the best scenario, but it's not the worst at all....

It would have to be a sweet deal...They'll shop it around for sure, most likely to the Titans and Jets (set a bidding war for Leinart)...but I don't know how much those 2 teams would be willing to give up (or capable of giving up)...

If I'm the Saints, I'm not trading too far down if at all...They really need to get D'Brick, Hawk, or Mario (would be a great tandem of DEs with Will Smith...Super Mario and the Fresh Prince )

The Dolphins were scheduled to meet with Brees after he visited N.O. Instead, Saban got on a plane and flew to Alabama where Brees is rehabbing to meet with him. Saban meets with him, then he goes to N.O. to visit, then to Miami to visit.
