So let's see here, 60 passes a game coach gone, 3 big free agent signing to improve the D.

Hello Steven Jackson fantasy value.
The NFC west was a joke this year, besides the Seahawks --- the 49ers are still going to be terrible, but St. Louis and Arizona could give the 'Hawks a run.

Updating previous reports, Pat Yasinskas, of the Charlotte Observer, reports St. Louis Rams LB Will Witherspoon signed a six-year contract worth $33 million. The deal includes $15 million in bonus money.
Almost $6 a year with a $15 signing bonus... damn. I really wanted to see the Saints land this guy, but not at that price. Wow, this year we will actually see if he is really a good player or was he just part of the great Carolina D system.
LOVE this signing for St. Louie. Great to see Arizona and the Rams making some moves to try and dethrone the Seahawks. Hopefully it will be a better division than last year
