Im not all that worried unless they dumped a bunch of $$ into Fauria.

Well, even if they did (which wouldnt make any sense) it wouldnt really matter. Fauria is replacing Robert Royal (who played TE, Cooley is the H-back) It wouldnt be any different than last year.

What I do wonder about though, is how the signings of Lloyd and El will effect Cooley's value. He was the only other downfield threat after Moss last year, so he may not get quite as many looks as he did last year. This may affect Moss as well, but for some reason I see it having more of an effect on Cooleys numbers.

Or it could help both of them, its hard to know. Depends on how much of the trouble with the passing game was Brunell and how much was the WRs.

Im hoping that Brunell and Cooley have the chemistry and familiarity with one another that Randle El and Lloyd will not. With the 3 recent signings by the Skins i cant see it helping Cooleys value though. The only thing that i can hope for owning Cooley in 2 different dyansties is the timing that they had from last season carrying over. Lloyd worries me more near the endzone taking some of Cooleys looks though.

Regarding Cooley's value, I think these signings may increase it. Randle El is certainly not what you would think of as posession receiver, and Lloyd does not really have the height you would want in a posession receiver (doesn't mean he can't do it, just means that may not be the best way to use him). Also, Royal was not much of a target in that offense, so I am guessing that Fauria will be mainly a blocking TE. So Cooley may get a lot of third down looks, with Santana, Lloyd, and El stretching the field.

He should also get the goalline looks for the same reason - he is one of the tallest receivers they have.
