Isn't he the SB MVP from a few years back?

At the same time, I don't think he made the Bucs opening day roster - anyone else have a better recollection of this guy's story?

I wouldn't call him a scrub...The guy is only 29 and has been a fixture of the Bucs defense the last few years....including a SuperBoel MVP...So, yea...not really a scrub's resume'....

Good signing and good price for Cincy imo....big upgrade over Ohalete...and he is better than Kaesviharn, who is at best a nickelback...

Figured I'd throw a bone to the stripes fans out there. They haven't had much to talk about.

Jackson paired with Madieu Williams should make a mean combination of safeties.

Good move by the Bengals. This guy is not a scrub. Not great in the past 2 years though.
