They had to get a veteran to replace Johnson. Mot a bad move but I was expecting better from the title.

Nothing more then a depth signing, the ways the Lions wrs went down last year depth is one thing they need.

They really have their priorities in order.

Unfortunately you comment isn't as sarcastic as it is true. For all the picks Millen has wasted at WR, he still has only one competent WR.

This signing is more about the Lions saying "there we are actively signing FAs.

Fire Millen.

Have they released Charles Rogers? I remember mid-season they were saying he was on his way out but I was just wondering if he's been cut/contract ran up.

Rogers smoked his way onto the team. He was so busy getting high at the expense of his game that he didn't reach any of the incentive clauses in his contract. He is playing for cheap this year, so the Lions will gladly have him back and hope he will rededicate himself to football.

Plus releasing him would be like Millen admitting he goofed up on the #2 overall pick. Not gonna happen.

So what does the current depth chart look like then?

#1 Roy Williams
#2 ?
#3 ?
#4 ?
#5 ?

Do they still have Kevin Johnson? And is Mike Williams their #2?

#1 Roy
#2 Bradford
#3 Vines
#4 Mike Williams
#5 Rogers
