Sebastian Telfair Sig - Comments?

Well, I know this is football -- but this is my home

My best friend and I watched the ESPN special last night "Through the Fire" -- story about Telfairs leap into the NBA.

He asked me if I could turn out a decent sig for him, no limitations. So I thought I would keep it kinda simple, and didn't want to use a "action" pic. This is what I came up with .... I'm kinda liking it, but was wondering if yall like the "non-action" vs. him driving to the hoop or something. -thanks

I'd still prefer an action pic. That's just my preference.

awesome sig. i like the background. it looks like you used grunge brushes but it looks smooth. how did you do that? also, what font is that and where did you get it? one more question, how do you color your sigs? i've been using color balance and sometimes a brightness/contrast.

@ chargersfan36: As far as the background goes ... I usually just find a good grunge brush, use it lightly, motion blur it, then come back w/ the alternate color (in this case - black) and just fill in back and forth between the 2 colors. You'll also notice the blur around Telfair is just duplicate images of him. One on each side ...

The font is called: Scriptina -- and yes, it is absolutely one of my favorites - sorry, can't remember where I got it ... but I'm sure someone here can point you in the right direction.

As far as coloring, I usually start on a black surface -- unless I plan to use alot of whites ... and just palette in from there -- color matching, etc.
