When FB is making more sense about the Seahawks than it's fanbase, you best check yourself.

i would be shocked if the hawks signed TO. Reid and holgren are very close, with the mentor/protege relationship they have going.
The opening scene of the movie "Saving Private Ryan" is loosely based on games of dodgeball Brian Dawkins played in second grade.

I love that clause...guarenteeing the 50 mil and all. Nice move Vikes! I am going to go through the week now with a mentality that he's as good as ours. Very smart move.

Seriously, you guys just went to the super bowl off a half rebuilt defense that came from some great signings. Your GM seems to know what he's doing, sit back and have some faith in the guy that just got you to the super bowl. There are 30 other teams that can't say the same.

For once I agree with Free Bagel. I am not happy with the Hutchinson situation. It would be nice to have a free agent signing, or even a visit, but I am not complaining. We did make the SB this past season, but we didn't win it. There are area's that could be improved. Joe J gone. Manuell gone. Hutch????? At least we resigned Alexander.

it will be interesting to see what the NFL tells the seahawks.

They are seeking clarification from the NFL wheater they have to actually match all the terms in the contract or merely the dollar ammount. It will be an interesting situation to dtermine, i mean if the vikings put in a clause that Hutch will get a limo ride to and from practice do the hawks have to provide that service too?

I would be beyond shocked if they didn't have to match all monitary clauses. Otherwise...the players union would file a grevience on Hutch's part I would think.

I would be very suprised if TO went to the Hawks. Eaglesrule said this, but, maybe cause they look alike ( :-b ), I think of Holmgren and Reid as similar coaches, and there styles. If Reid wont put up with TO, I dont see Holmgren doing so either. Keyshawn is definetly possible.

They're saving their money. The Seahawks have studied recent history and realize that no team that lost in the Super Bowl the previous year will be back in the playoffs the following season. Save that cap space for 2007...
