With Washington under contract, the Browns released nose tackle Jason Fisk on Tuesday. Fisk, an 11-year veteran, signed a three-year deal with the team last year. He was a seventh-round pick of the Vikings out of Stanford in 1995 and played four seasons with Minnesota, three with Tennessee and three with San Diego.


Fisk really was a solid pickup last year...

Eh, he couldn't anchor the 3-4 defense. He is a 4-3 guy.

Eh, he couldn't anchor the 3-4 defense. He is a 4-3 guy.

Are you serious? He was absolutely worthless last season. You need to catch up on some game film man
