Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the Cleveland Browns have agreed to terms with free agent LB Willie McGinest (Patriots) on a three-year, $12 million deal.
well, crap. I thought he'd sign with Tuna, but I guess he chose Crennel. Good signing... assuming they didn't overpay. But at least this brings leadership to CLE's defense.
Very nice signing. A great anchor and leader for the Browns. I really like the moves the Browns have made over the last two years now, Romeo has done a great job. The Browns are going to be a competitive team.
"DAMMIT!!!!! I knew it, I knew it, I KNEW IT!!!!"-Immortal words of The Captain
The last piece of the puzzle is ty law...if the browns could bring in law, then the draft would be the last thing to complete a productive offseason (drafting a DE)
Andra Davis...5th in the league in tackles and doesn't make the pro bowl over....Al Wilson???!!!!
...absurd
Tremendous offseason for the browns so far. Assuming they didn't overpay here, they realyl haven't over paid a lot for any players and they are making smart, needed additions. Props to them for great moves.
