I hate stupid titles. They just confuse people.
Great signing by the pack, he was being considered by many teams including the Bills and Rams.
ADMIN edit: please note that the overall sig limit is 12k - thanks!

Seems like a nice younger replacement for Grady Jackson. Nice move.

I thought Green Bay might make a few more moves in the free agency but probably smart by not over paying for players. Great signing.

don't get your hopes up, i watched all the rams games this year, and he didn't impress me, it may have just been our total lack of defense, but we've made so many fluke picks on the D-Line, I'm not sure what to think anymore.

According to ESPN, in 2005 he had more tackles than any other defensive lineman.

a much needed addition to a rapidly improving Green Bay defense. A few good draft picks and this squad could become a very respectable defense.

Buffalo was very keen on him, I was watching some Buffalo newscasts yesterday and they were very excited that they thought they were going to get this guy.

I guess they will have to be satisfied with Andre Davis. :-/

Here's the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel online article about the signing:

http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=408562
"Sometime during the Pats game last week, I decided that Tomlinson was the best overall running back of my lifetime. There's nothing he can't do: deadly receiver, tough inside runner, explosive to the outside, you name it." - ESPN's Bill Simmons

He may not be Grady Jackson, but I do believe he came cheaper. I think he's a pretty good DT, and can perform well in GB. Good signing.
