i hate stinky, but the thing with him is he is fast. catches bombs and draws penalties, which stretches the field. Of corus,e I would rather have a fast guy who isn't a toothpick.

First McCants, now Gaffney. I'm thinking the Eagles are signing cheap 1 year contracts with these veterans just to try them out. this way it doesnt cost much to let them go. Hopefully they jettison Pinkston to make room for a real #1, or a draft pick. I doubt Gaffney would be any more than the #3 at this point though.

The texans wrs are getting strange love this offseason. Basically AJ is the only one left on the texans squad of the top 3 from last year. Jerome mathis is fast, but come on, he's really just a kickoff specialist with a go route thrown in.

Which to me makes him even less attractive for fantasy...there's absolutely no one to help pull coverages away from him. If you keep holding onto this guy hoping for a big year, I just don't think you're going to get it. :-/

that's the way it's looking now, unless they (houston) sign someone like eric moulds in the offseason. That would be a great signing for them, and they might actually pay him what he wants, as opposed to what he's actually worth because they're so desparate.
Also would be good for Philly

where are you people getting the info that jabar gaffney is fast? this guy was suppose to be the best reciever to come out in 2001? until he ran a 4.5+. then he dropped out of the 1st round..... but this guy is more of a possession reciever that isnt physical.... hmm bad combination...

just another great florida WR to go bad......

Hopefully Gaffney will pan out in Philly. He will actually have a passing game and will be given a chance to succeed.

Looks like the Eagles wont be going after Moulds after all.
