Criticize away if you feel the need, but I'm giving him what he asked for, a preliminary list of how I rank the top 5 this coming season. I could go with the same guys as everyone else, but this is a game of risk/reward, and that's how I base my opinions. Likely they will change a bit as the season draws near and I grow tense and more conservative, but this is now, not then.

SA drops from #1 to #3 with the Vikings signing Hutchison today on my cheatsheet.

If the Texans are smart and don't draft Bush, I would love to grab DD mid to late 2nd round, but I imagine there would be enough time for hype to build, and he'd become more of an early 2nd round pick.

I put him in my top 10 on like page 3 or 4 of this thread. He was actually the #6 RB in 2004 and #14 in 2003 with only starting the last half of the season. He could very, very easily be top 5 with a better offense around him. Drafting o-linemen in the first two rounds will be key to this. He will be top 10 regardless as long as he stays healthy (I think he missed one full game and at least part of a game in 2004) and we don't draft Bush. I am giving Kubiak more credit than this (I mean he'd have to be stupid to draft Bush and I don't think he's stupid). Bush is a flashier DD. It would kind of be like signing Mike Anderson and then signing Jamal Lewis... wait a second...
