Funny thing I was at a buddies house a week or so ago and The Sopranos were coming on, I had to cut out of there. I dont wanna catch a random episode in the middle of the season ya know? He said something like "you don't have to see every episode. I haven't even seen the first four seasons." I just gave him the 'are you flippin kidding me' look and bailed.

proud of you ;-D

Thanks, I wish I didn't have to wait so long for the show to come out on DVD same thing for Deadwood. :~(

I'm a big fan of the show, but this season has been ho, hum. IMO

Call em as I see em!

Most of my friends and family are pretty much die hard fans. I've heard some mixed reviews about this last season, but I definitely think Chase has salvaged it with the past couple of episodes. I think a lot of people are disappointed because they want to see the killing and maiming, but that's just skimming the surface of what the show is actually about.

I think this season has really shown who Tony, and the rest of the characters for that matter, really are. All in all, it's very dark and sad. I was reading an article about how tough it is for Gandolfini to continue to play this character and that even if the show continued, he couldn't do it anymore. I guess that takes care of the movie gossip.
Doesn't it suck to get beat at Fantasy a girl?

True story and I am ashamed to say this as being a lifelong Jersey guy. I didn't watch the first 2-3 seasons because I heard nothing about the show and figured that it was about the opera or something. :-t

I jumped right in at that point and haven't looked back since.
