I made turkey tacos for dinner tonight with whole wheat tortillas... ;-D

little bit of cheese, non-fat sour cream, taco sauce, and lettuce (plust extra chili and cayenne pepper in the tacos to make them extra spicy).

The_Dude has been watching what he eats and exercising and has lost 18 pounds since Christmas

congrats duder. i haven't been exercising, but i've been watching what i eat for the past month or so and my pants are loose where they used to be snug. so that is encouraging. i'm going to start exercising a bit and drinking less. that should help.

Go you! I've finally lost the weight I put on over the holidays... wouldn't mind to lose another 15 or 20 pounds, though.
