Seahawks nab Peterson, lose Hutchinson

Sure the guy has had his times with injuries, but it's not as bad as most are making it.....Considering his 2004 season where he only played in 5 games, he has played 74 of the 80 possible games in his career, i agree he has had injury issues, but i think people are making it sound worse and worse than it truely is.

It didnt surprise me that seattle went out right away and started signing after they lost hutch, but this big of a contract did set me back in my seat a little.

This was a good pickup for seattle i think, patching up one of the last holes in our defense

It not the fact that he misses games or not due to injuries, its the fact that those injuries hurt his performance. Ask people who the best LBers in the league are and for most everyone it will take a long time to get to Peterson. That's sad because he has the talent and ability to be one of the best. If he can stay healthy, he will be a great pick up for the Seahawks, but I think they overpaided him.

How well do you Hack fans think Peterson will play in your D? Seems like your D was stepping it up in the second half last season. Wouldn't you think Peterson will have an easier time exelling with the crew that Seattle has? He may be over-priced, but I could see him being a pass rush specialist and a pro-bowl one at that.
