... and solid starter. He wasn't given 30-mil in TB because they like giving away money.

In my opinion, Denver was high to get rid of him to begin with. If he's not starting here, I doubt he'd sign in Chicago. Baltimore has shown interest in him, and while he may be signed as a "backup" there too, I think we all know that's not exactly the case.
