Adam Schefter, of the NFL Network, reports the Houston Texans have reached a contract agreement with free agent OC Mike Flanagan (Packers). He will sign a three-year deal worth about $9 million.

NOOO! the Packers yet again lose a premire offensive lineman in FA.

Looks like this might be a sign that Favre will not be coming back.

Great signing for the texans, maybe they are actually committing themselves to improving that OLine, and maybe they will even take DBrick in the draft....
