I have yet to play Oblivion, but I have no doubt it will exceed every review. Its the sequel to Morrowind (XBOX, PC), which is easily the best video put out since the old SNES days (FF^ and Chrono Trigger are the only games that beat it). Oblivion is essentially the same engine, but better, more involved, more detailed, and that's scary. Morrowind was large enough and interesting enough that I easily put over 100+ hours into the game before I even began the main story.
Just make sure if you're in college/HS you hold off on the game until summer break. If it has even equal the replay value of Morrowind, it will suck away a good month or two of your life.
PS. MarioKart and GoldenEye, nothing else on N64 mattered.
Well, I got Oblivion for the 360 about 2 weeks after it came out? I thinkk. I played it for about 3-4 weeks straight for about 2-3(or more) hours each day.. I got pretty bored with it, so I havn't touched the game in quite awhile. It was a great game, but it just gets boring after a few weeks IMO.
Now, it's summer and I really can't play any video games at ALL. ( football, baseball, and basketball .. HS )
And true, Mario Kart, Duke Nukem, Zelda, and GoldenEye were the only really great games for the N64..
