I have yet to play Oblivion, but I have no doubt it will exceed every review. Its the sequel to Morrowind (XBOX, PC), which is easily the best video put out since the old SNES days (FF^ and Chrono Trigger are the only games that beat it). Oblivion is essentially the same engine, but better, more involved, more detailed, and that's scary. Morrowind was large enough and interesting enough that I easily put over 100+ hours into the game before I even began the main story.

Just make sure if you're in college/HS you hold off on the game until summer break. If it has even equal the replay value of Morrowind, it will suck away a good month or two of your life.

PS. MarioKart and GoldenEye, nothing else on N64 mattered.

Well, I got Oblivion for the 360 about 2 weeks after it came out? I thinkk. I played it for about 3-4 weeks straight for about 2-3(or more) hours each day.. I got pretty bored with it, so I havn't touched the game in quite awhile. It was a great game, but it just gets boring after a few weeks IMO.

Now, it's summer and I really can't play any video games at ALL. ( football, baseball, and basketball .. HS )

And true, Mario Kart, Duke Nukem, Zelda, and GoldenEye were the only really great games for the N64..

;-)

True that, there's always these days where I'm bored..

I just plug in the old N64 and play Zelda non-stop for about a week till I beat it, yet to get bored of the game..

And yes, that is the BEST zelda game.

i disagree. i think that windwaker is better than ocarina. and any of the ones on old school NES are better than the rest.

Ahhh...the big thumbed youth of america. ;-D

I barely got excited when we got Nintendo back in the day. I played Duck Hunt and Mario Bros for a few minutes then went outside to play.

To this day, I'm not into games all that much. I play every once and awhile, but usually just sports (madden) and war(call of duty) games. I WILL NOT pay the kind of money all that crap costs. I play all PC games because I'm not shelling out 200-300 bucks for a system when my computer works just fine. I'm still playing Madden 05 that I picked up for $10 and the original Call of Duty that I pick up for $20.

But then again, I could just be an old foogy :-b
