Anyone know how to make the file size of an animation smaller than what it is?

I use Photoshop and Image ready, and created this in photo shop and made it into an animation with ImageReady.

I did not see a save for web option like with photo shop.

Worst part is, this animation is 12292 bytes, and the limit is just a few bytes under that (12288 bytes).

Ideas?

Photoshop uses ImageReady to save for the web, it looks like you figured it out, but the next time you use the save for web in Photoshop, look at the top, it should say powered by ImageReady I believe

in imageready go:
window > optimize
click the little arrow in the upper right corner of that box > optimize to file size

Thanks, I guess it's called a userbar...

I saw some like it so i figured I'd give it a roll.

The best ones scroll a team logo across it vertically so you see the whole thing, but that would never fit on the cafe.

I'm sorry but that thing hurts my eyes. It's a neat effect, but it jumps around too fast for my taste. Plus it's distracting.

I slowed it down to 2 seconds per slide. Hopefully that is less annoying.
