The mail stays in your outbox until the person you sent it to views it, and once they view it the message is moved to your sentbox.

Just and update...

This will most likely be a low stakes keeper league. Probably a 25$ entry fee payable through paypal. Twelve teams make 300$ in league funds. 50 of that will be used to help me pay the league site fee, leaving 250$ in prize money. How that gets divided up is still up for discussion...
