Watched the final 8 of these yesterday. I thought they were pretty cool. (Hence why I'm commenting on them.) What I think is so interesting is getting the "behind the scenes" story about these events. Its too bad there's not the time in elementary or high school to really get the "true" info on these events. I think the fact that so little time in school is spent on this stuff in school is the reason that myths are born that shape peoples attitudes about historical figures or events. Sometimes these myths end up with people dealing with each other in negative ways in regards to political and social views.
On a lighter note, its interesting to see the true start of an event that changed the course of history that led to the more hyped event that everyone refers to when discussing said event.
