nice sig steve . i checked the size of that file and it's 10k and the limit is 12. did you do this on purpose? do you use save for web>optimize to file size? i was wondering this because if you aren't, i thought i'd share a good tip. btw, im assuming you are using photoshop.

Yea I did that but I kept uploading it at right around 12k and it wasn't allowing it and I was just getting frustrated so I just dropped it down to 10K to make it easier.
