so Teck i havent really had a chance to check this Oink place out but i figured it'd be easier to just ask you

What makes this place better than just using a torrent search engine and what special features are there that you use that i might want?

Well..
let's say people don't cap their upload speed..
I download at 500kbps min, 2mbps max.

It's pretty much just music, and it will have almost anything you want. It is THE elite music community on the internet.


For everythign else, go through Bitsoup.org
has the stuff of a public tracker, at MUCH faster speeds.

Never use publics again, find everything through OINK and BITSOUP

I would really appreciate if I could get into this. I havent found any good torrent sites for movies only for TV Shows and Movies.

Not quite sure what you mean by torrent communities but if you mean where I usually get stuff it is normally torrentspy, mininova, piratebay, eztv.

oink has no movies, videos, or porn. strictly audio. music, comedy, e-books.

When I joined Oink i didnt expect to have to keep a 1:1 ratio on my seeding/downloading...i was disabled because of it...

Just a heads up to other Oink'ers...

Yeah right am i going to seed that much...heh
