2006 NFL Draft

Postby mikus » Sat Apr 22, 2006 12:37 am

So what is it going to be guys? With only about a week until Draft Day, I do not recall a more uncertain draft then the upcoming one. The Saints could, literally, do a million things with the No. 2 pick. I waver each day as to what they should do with it. What do y'all think?

I think we will end up getting Mario Williams with the second overall pick. That's not really what I want to see happen, but I don't see any teams that are likely to move up right now, and he will be the best player available, assuming Houston takes Bush.

mario williams = smokescreen....

however, i heard about a trade rumor that involved a three team trade though, b/w saints, raiders, jets....

saints get jets #4 pick, jets 3rd rounder, and dewayne robertson...but part of the deal is the jets want d'brick...soooo, we basically must draft mario or hawk if thats the scenario

i dont remember what it was exactly we were giving up...my cousin was jib jabbing all about this trade he saw on saintsreport.com
