I've been trying to figure out how to blend a picture to make it kind of transparent but I cant find anything on photoshop that lets you adjust the transparency of the image. Is there such a feature or is there another way you guys blend images into the background? Thanks.

Plus you can try different blending modes. Click and pick from the menu to the left of where you adjust the opacity. The default is "Normal".
