Yep yep, the one on the right is sporting the massives. The one on the left at first I thought had a moustache, or maybe el sanchez dirty, but I think that's just the picture quality.

The rubber room is just a name for the reassignment center where teachers who are awaiting their fate are sent. They are tenured so they can't just be fired, and they can't be put back into the classroom with the children, so the rubber room is their purgatory.
