The obvious answer is the one who carries the ball the most! In all seriousness, it's still far too early to tell right now. TJ definitely had the upperhand coming in;knew the system, had the respect of his teammates and produced well while he was the only offensive weapon the Bears had. Then he went stupid and hired Rosen-schmuck and held out of voluntary camps and is griping and moaning about a trade. That now helps Benson tremendously as far as catching up, and becoming known more as a team player. We'll have to let the TJ drama play out before we can make even an uneducated guess at the quagmire that is the Chicago backfield.
TJ is shooting himself in the foot. Chicago has 3 decent backs. Are they any worse of a team with Benson and Peterson at RB? My guess would be he gets released or benched. I would say traded, but I don't know many teams who would pay the price to get him. If TJ is there and in uniform he starts, but I would lean towards him not being there.
Too be honest, they really aren't hurt too much no matter who they start. All three of their backs are solid and I think Jones will pay heavily for his griping and will not be playing for the Bears at the beginning of the year. Now that the Colts drafted a RB and have Rhodes its unlikely that he will go there and there aren't a lot of probable spots for him to go to right now. Really stupid move on his part.
i think thomas jones would perform tremendously in the broncos system.....instantly at least enters that area in fantasy backs which resides right after cadillac, domanick davis, and rudi johnson, aka the 12th-13th best fantasy running back
