Why shouldn't he say that, if he's healthy Cincinnati is a legit Super Bowl contender.

Getting back to the Warner topic, I think he is a borderline starter in a 12-team league. I wouldn't go so far as to handcuff Leinart unless you're in a dynasty league, but I would snatch him up the second Warner goes down if I owner him. The Cardinals' receivers are just incredible.
